Tire calendered cord fabric is a key material in tire manufacturing, mainly composed of cord threads (such as nylon, polyester and other fibers) compounded with rubber to form a "fabric + rubber" composite structure. As the skeleton material of the tire, it can withstand the internal air pressure and external impact force of the tire, maintain the shape and strength of the tire, and enhance the wear resistance and tear resistance of the tire in combination with rubber. It is mainly used for the carcass or belt layer of radial tires and bias tires. Different types of cord fabrics (such as high modulus and low shrinkage characteristics) will affect the performance of tires (such as load capacity and durability).
