Our one-step spinning industrial yarn is made of dried nylon 6 slices which are heated and melted and then stretched, supplemented by winding and drafting processes. At present, the one-step spinning production line mainly adopts the FW51 winding machine and the latest drafting stick of Swiss Winterthur Textile Co., Ltd. as the key equipments, which effectively reduces the rate of unevenness of the fiber, and greatly improves the quality of the fiber. The products are mainly used for making various kinds of cord fabrics, canvas, sub-mouth fabrics, etc., which are characterized by high breaking strength, good abrasion resistance, strong bearing performance, fatigue resistance, corrosion resistance, and so on.

Uses of nylon industrial yarns

Due to its unique properties and advantages, nylon yarn is widely used in various fields, such as:

Nylon yarn can be used in industry for conveyor belts, tents, canvas, cables, fishing nets, etc. Especially the nylon cord for tires is close to nylon in performance. Nylon can also be used for electrical insulation materials, acid-resistant filter cloth, medical industry cloth. Nylon as a clothing fiber, the fabric after washing to achieve the effect of wrinkle-free, non-iron. Nylon is often blended or interwoven with various fibers, such as cotton-polyester, wool-polyester, etc., and is widely used in various clothing and decorative materials.
