At present, our nylon 6 tire table impregnated cord fabric production line mainly adopts advanced equipment such as straight twisting machine and air-jet loom to ensure the quality of the products. The products are mainly used in the field of bearing great pressure, impact or strong vibration, such as making the skeleton of automobile tires and other rubber products. It is characterized by heat resistance, fatigue resistance, structural stability, and the ability to combine with rubber.
Tire cord fabric (tire cord fabric) tire skeleton material, divided into two kinds of weft cord fabric and no weft cord fabric. The former is usually made of thick and high strength cord for the warp, thin and low strength for the weft by machine weaving fabric. The warp bears almost all the load of the carcass, and the weft is only used to connect the warp threads to make them uniformly arranged. The latter is a kind of cord fabric without weft threads. The main requirements for the cord fabric are high strength, fatigue resistance, low ductility, good thermal stability and good adhesion to rubber.

Properties and classification of nylon
Nylon is a synthetic fiber made from polyamide polymer compounds. It has the following properties:
1. High strength and elasticity
The strength and elasticity of nylon far exceeds that of many other fibers, and it can even be bent, folded and twisted without losing its original shape and elasticity. This is why nylon can be used to make high-quality stockings, running pants and other products.
2. Abrasion and corrosion resistance
Nylon's very high resistance to abrasion and corrosion makes it ideal for durable items such as automobile parts, fishing lines and luggage.
3. Resistance to static electricity and color fading
Nylon fibers resist static electricity and prevent fading, allowing them to remain beautiful and colorful for a long time.
Depending on the production process, nylon can be classified into two types: long-fiber and short-fiber. Long-fiber nylon is a multilayered fiber structure with higher strength, softer texture and higher resistance; short-fiber nylon, on the other hand, consists of short fiber bundles, which are cheaper to produce than long-fiber nylon but are slightly less strong and elastic.
