Cord fabric is only used in semi-steel radial tires, can not be used in all-steel and bias tires.

Cord fabric is characterized by thicker warp threads and higher density, thinner weft threads and very sparse density. Prepared according to the plain organization, the warp threads bear the full load of the product, the weft threads only play the role of connecting the warp threads, and keep the warp threads evenly arranged.
