The basic building block of nylon is an aliphatic polyamide linked by an amide bond - [NHCO]-. It is an important synthetic fiber. Nylon 6 slice is based on caprolactam as raw material adding a certain amount of additives, under certain process conditions for polymerization and after the injection of the tape, cutting granules, extraction and vacuum drying and other processes and made of polymer compounds.
